耶没错,女律师主橱又登场啦!

今天想教大家两道菜:海鲜意大利炒面+黑椒羊扒!

其实我煮菜没有很顶级,但是我想与所有在外上学却不太会煮菜的朋友们分享,让你们在离家很远的地方,至少在食物上是无优的。

Since last time was the basic, now we should move forward and increase our standard a bit..
Today I would like to dedicate the recipe: Spaghetti with seafood sauce + Hot Pot Lamb


首先介绍的是海鲜意大利炒面需要准备的材料:肉碎,豆芽,蒜米,洋葱和现成的炒面料理包(超级市场应该都可以购买得到)

I will first start from Spaghetti with seafood sauce. The things we need to prepare is really simple. Garlic, Onion, Minced meat (either chicken, beef or pork) and some vege if you like.

Besides, I also prepared the Hoi Sin (Seafood in cantonese) and Garlic sauce. You can get it from Tesco or Sainsburry.


跟上次一样,首先先把意大利面煮熟。
As usual, we first have to cook the Spaghetti.

等待意大利面煮熟的同时可以准备佐料。首先把蒜米和洋葱爆香,记得,这步骤是几乎每道菜的开头。
While waiting for Spaghetti to be cooked, we can start to prepare our sauce at the same time. Warm up the pot and fry the onion and garlic.

闻到蒜米和洋葱香味了,这时候即可倒入肉碎,拌炒。
When you can smell the garlic and onion, add in minced meat and continue frying until the meat is fully cooked.


肉碎过后就轮到炒豆芽。可以用其他菜代替,例如包菜等。但我个人比较喜欢豆芽!
Then add in beansprout or other vege that you prefered. You can also skip this step if you are not having vege.


一切完成之后,我们就可以将现成的炒面酱料倒入锅中与菜和肉碎混合。
When everything is cooked, simply add in the seafood sauce.
I like this brand because it is more healthy.

 很喜欢这个牌子的酱料,很健康,没有添加物!


 佐料完成的同时,旁边的意大利面也大约已经煮软了。这时候就可以把面(去水)移到佐料的锅子里,拌炒直到酱料平均,即可。
Add the sauce into the pot before you add in the cooked spaghetti and stir them together!

这是我的第一道主食。
And the first meal is ready!



我接下来介绍的是:黑椒羊扒。
个人非常推荐纽西兰羊扒,因为口感比较软!
 The second dish that I am sharing today is Hot Pot Lamb Chop. I personally prefer New Zealand Lamb because they are more softer.

准备的材料又:现成黑胡椒粉,蒜米,羊扒。
 The ingredients are: Lamb Hotpot Pack, garlic and lamb. Yes, just that!


首先把蒜米和羊扒混合。。
 First off, we have to mince the garlic and add them with the lamb.

再来,把黑胡椒粉倒入碗里,然后把所有材料混在一起,腌制最少约20分钟,比较入味嘛!
Then add in the Hot Pot powder (black pepper flavour) with the meat and souse for at least 20 minutes.

等待的同时我们可以先预热锅子。。
While we are waiting for the meat, we can warm up the pot at the same time.

等时间到的时候,直接把羊肉放入锅中慢慢煮,乘一种半炸半烤的方式。。建议新手在煮菜的时候,多用中火,这样比较容易掌控一切,等到上手之后再加强。
Once the meat is ready, simply put them in the frying pan and started to fry it. Note that beginners should  try to cook with medium fire so you wont be rushing around.

 那!煮好的羊肉。我个人怕油,所以会重复用吸油纸把羊扒上的油份吸干!
And there we go! The lamb chop is cooked!
